We rent out our villa with sea view in Lyckorna, Ljungskile for some weeks this summer. The house was built in 2014 and with its spacious 230 m2 you get plenty of space for two families during a holiday week. The house is located in the middle of the charming old Lyckorna, which was established as a health resort at the beginning of the last century. You are close to the bathing area Kungsparken with jumping tower and cliffs and sandy beach, several charming restaurants, golf and proximity to both Gothenburg and Bohusläns coastline. The house has, among other things, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and dining room with room for 10 people with a view of Ljungskileviken. There are four bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, a smaller one with a sofa bed for two and a larger bedroom with a single bed with plenty of room for an extra bed. We have a large terrace with barbecue facilities and plenty of seating, as well as a sandbox and trampoline on the grounds.
Our kind and charming cats Sigge and Estelle like to stay at home when we are away, so we are looking for some cat friends who can give them food and a little care (however, they are very independent outdoor cats)
Do you want to rent a spacious, luxurious and seaside accommodation at a charming holiday resort, so please get in touch. We sign contracts with our guests and apply advance payment to a bank account, half of the rent when the contract is signed and the rest one week before arrival. We rent to people over the age of 25, children are of course very welcome. Price per week: SEK 10,000 including place of departure. :
