Modern and fresh cottage with seafront location in quiet beautiful Ammenäs between Ljungskile and Uddevalla in the heart of Bohuslän. The cottage maintains a high standard and is very tastefully furnished for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. In addition, there are also a variety of games and activities that the whole family can enjoy. A perfect house for family and company that places high demands on both standard, facilities and location!
Start the day with a refreshing morning dip from the bathing area, which you can reach in about 5 minutes. Here are both cliffs, shallow sandy beach and jetty. Then sit on one of the balconies and just enjoy your holiday!

The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area on a lovely plot with both mountains for days and a larger lawn where the younger ones will have their fill. Here you can play football, basketball, cube, darts or why not jump on the trampoline? Around the house is a wonderful wooden deck where you can follow the sun in the sky, lie and soak up the sun in one of the sunbeds or sit in the shade in the hammock and read a good book. In cooler weather there is a lovely patio with fireplace, under a roof where you sit protected from the weather and wind. If you wish, you can also book an outdoor spa SEK 1,500 / week.

The house is on a level with an open floor plan between the bright living room and the well-equipped kitchen with dining area where you have access to the spacious terrace. TV corner with sofa group and warming wood burning stove. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two comfortable bunk beds with four beds, TV screen and DVD. Fully calcined bathroom with underfloor heating and washing machine.
