Welcome to our fantastic summer retreat with outdoor seating in all directions, a private beach, and a dock at the beautiful Norra Dragsviken in Kalmarsund! This accommodation is perfect for a group of friends or a large family with multiple generations who want to vacation together. As a guest, you always have the entire property to yourself.

During the summer, we rent out weekly (Saturday to Saturday) for up to 12 people, divided into two cottages. For the rest of the year, we offer weekend and selected holiday rentals, with a maximum of 6 people. Sjöstugan
An architect-designed cottage with a kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and an open-plan living room with high ceilings. There are six sleeping places, two of which are in a double bed on the sleeping loft, and the other four are in two bunk beds in a separate bedroom. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Gammelstugan
A cottage built in the early 1800s, carefully renovated to modern standards. A peaceful, picturesque, and cozy home with a lot of history in the walls. There are sleeping places for 6 people, divided into two smaller bedrooms with built-in bunk beds, and a sofa bed for two in a sleeping alcove. The house also has a kitchen with a small dining area, two living rooms—one with a larger dining area and the other with a magical view of the bay. There is also a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room with a washing machine. A crib and a high chair are available in this accommodation.

Activities
Warm summer days are best spent down at the dock by the private little beach. Here, you can easily launch the canoe or kayak and paddle around the bay. If the wind comes from the wrong direction, you can take a short walk across the road to the larger beach at Södra Dragsviken, with views of the Öland Bridge.

Other tips include taking your coffee outside to enjoy the peace and the view, playing a board game on the dock, having a kubb match in the garden, taking a swim, or relaxing with a book in the hammock or in the cozy greenhouse. Here, you can have your perfect summer vacation!

Please note that the weekly price is calculated for up to 6 guests. After that, it costs an additional 1000 SEK per person per week. This will be calculated at the time of booking. Deposit: 3000 SEK. Check-in: 3:00 PM, check-out: 10:00 AM.

We offer additional services such as cleaning, bed linen & towel rental, bicycle, canoe & kayak rental. Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Electricity costs are extra.

Directions
Drag is located on the Skäggenäs Peninsula, north of Kalmar. At Rockneby, take the exit from the E22 towards Revsudden.

If youre coming from the north, turn left at the first roundabout, go straight through the second roundabout, and continue straight ahead.
If youre coming from the south, turn right at the first roundabout, then continue straight ahead.
After 4 km, you will arrive at Drag 193, which is on the left side. A red fence along the road and a yellow gate leading to the property will show you that youre in the right place. Parking is available next to Gammelstugan on the property.

Shop: Ica i Rockneby, 5 km.
Pharmacy: Kalmar, 20 km.
Swimming: Private beach, but there are many beautiful swimming spots in the surrounding coves.
Banking: Kalmar, 20 km.
Bus Stop: 50 meters, but public transportation is not very frequent out here. From Rockneby, it’s much better, 5 km away.
Bicycle Rental: We offer bike rentals, 200 SEK per bike per week.
Fishing: You can fish from the private dock, but the pier at the far end of Revsudden harbor, 4 km away, might offer the best fishing on the peninsula.
Golf: Kalmar Golfklubb, 15 km.
Sea: The sea is everywhere, 0 meters
Canoe rental: We offer canoe and kayak rentals. For 950 SEK per week, you will have access to both a canoe and a kayak, along with 4 life jackets (50-90kg) for the duration of your stay.
Beach: A private little beach, but there are many beautiful beaches to choose from in the area
Liquor Store: Kalmar, 20 km.
Hiking trails: The Skäggenäs Peninsula offers many beautiful hiking trails.
