The cottage is located just 50 meters from the sea. Rowboat, sea kayak and a kayak for children are included. Two bycycles are also included.
The house is beautifully situated with sea views near the water just outside Gothenburg. The location is quiet and near bath. The cottage is 40m2 and includes living room with sofa bed, a kitchenette and two small bedrooms with one bed each. A guest house of 10m2 with 2 beds that can be used as a extra bedroom. There are 6 beds with spring bottom in total. The kitchenette has municipal water, electric stove and micro. Composting toilet (type Separett) is located in a small house that also includes storage room and a cellar for storing cold drinks and more. Outdoor shower with hot water available. Heat pump for cooling / heating.
You can take the bike (3 km) to Torslanda center with shops, restaurants, and more.
Also biking distance to Hjuvik where you can go for free ferry to Hönö, Björkö mm.
Only about 30 minutes by car to the center of Gothenburg and tourist attractions as Liseberg, Universeum etc.
