Great Location
The cottage has a very authentic charm and makes you step away from daily life immediately. The area is beautiful (easy to climb the rocks and enjoy sunset with seaview) and the centre of Hallevik is just a short walk away. Could be better: bicycle(s) to make it to town ; dish washer, bathroom is a little bit old fashioned and detached from the main house. Overall great stay.

Wonderful cottage to be in with my children and grandchildren. Nice courtyard to stay in without transparency and lovely bike ride to bathing areas. We are coming back
WELCOME to this super cute hideaway close to the genuine fish community Hälleviskstrand. Here you live in two cottages, with a lovely courtyard between.
The main cabin is well groomed and has retained its old charm, it is noticeable especially in the nice kitchen. Here it feels like time has stood still, just the feeling you want when on vacation. .
Upon entering the main cabin you will go directly into the hall that swallow a lot of clothes and shoes, there is also toilet with wash basin belonging to the cottages. When you move you have a bedroom to the right, with site-built beds. After you enter an open plan kitchen and living room is the heart of the house. You can sit at the kitchen table and puzzle while seated by the fireplace and philosophize or you choose any of the books on offer.
Is it barbecuing time, you open the patio door and walk out under the roof, where you also can crank out an awning against the blazing sun or wet raindrops.
The other two bedrooms are located adjacent to the living room, in the one bedroom has a double bed and the other is a loft bed.
Between the two cottages is a lawn that you can play a bowler hat on and this is completely unaware of surroundings because the backyard is completely confidential.
The smaller cottage offers a large room, with kitchen and sleeping area. There is also the shower used by the whole party.
Just below the house, it goes a little path toward Hälleviksstrands marina. If you look out towards the bay so you can see Hälleviksstrands wooden church, perhaps one of the finest in Sweden.
To Hälleviksstrand are best explored by walking or by bike. You can choose two different paths, one where you walk or cycle past the church on the path and then over a small walkbridge. Or the main road, which goes a little faster but that could be some traffic on.
Hälleviksstrand is a very nice small fishing community. Here lies the white houses in a row and a wide bay goes through the whole Hälleviksstrand. Here are beaches for all tastes. It also Mias boathouse, which managed the feat to get both a café and restaurant in a tiny boat-house, believed to have used shoehorn. This wonderful place you must not miss. It also Anders boat and dock, which offers water taxi, boat charter and fishing trips. Hälleviksstrand also has a restaurant for and a kiosk that has a little of everything.
If you get tired of Hälleviksstrand it is not far to Mollösund, or Tuvesvik where the ferries go to Gullholmen and Käringön
