Newly renovated summerhouse in Kaggebo recreation area in Gryt archipelago which we rent to families.The cottage is high situated and offers a great view of the copper and the cutters. The cottage is located on a large natural plot in a quiet location. The main house is 60 m2 and the guesthouse is 20m2. The house has open plan living with fireplace and brand new bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. In total there are 4 + 4 beds (including beds in a guesthouse). In the bedroom there is two beds and in the kombined tv-bedroom you will find a bedsofa where two persons kan sleep. There is a nice see bath with cliffs and small sandy beach is within walking distance, about 15 min. In the area there is also a communal swimming pool, shower and sauna, tennis courts (fees apply) and a summer shop with simple food service. Nice walking paths have landed the furthest with the water. Nearby are also a couple of nature reserves for hiking and recreation. Valdemarsvik is the nearest town, about 20 km north. The summer town of Västervik is about 50 km south and nearby golf courses are located in nearby Loftahammar (about 20 km).
Nice day trips can be made to Kolmårdens zoo, Astrid Lindgrens world in Vimmerby and beautiful Söderköping with Göta Canal.
If you also want to rent the guesthouse the prize is 9500 SEK.
Please note that the bed sheets is not included in the price but can be rented for SEK 100 per set.
