Welcome to Nature Near Svärtinge Udde!

In peace and quiet, here is the opportunity to experience all the changes of nature. Wonderful country surroundings and beautiful hiking trails.
In the middle of nature with grazing animals outside the plot.
Within sight 150 m from the cottage there is a nice little bathing area, the areas private. Larger bathing area, which has child-friendly sand bottom and playground are a 1km from us.

Here you get to live modern in newly built cottage, all in top condition, living room with full kitchen, fridge / freezer, oven, micro, dishwasher and induction hob, bathroom with shower and floor heating and of course sauna. Loft with space for 2 mattresses.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery for 4 persons. TV, wifi and radio. Winterized!
Outside there is grill plaze with garden furniture available for both cottages.
Summer games, can be borrowed freely eg. kubb, badminton and croquet.
Bicycles can be borrowed.

Extra bed available if required.
Sheets and towels included.
Breakfast can be purchased if desired.
No pets.
No Smoking.

Parking plot is available for 3 cars or for a camper.

Changeover day: Saturday.
Arrival at 15:00
Departure at 12:00. (The house should be left tidy)
Final cleaning can be ordered for 500SEK.

Another cozy cottage of 15 sqm with 2 beds can be rented on the same plot, if you are larger company or for example to children.
There we got: TV, wifi, radio, micro, oven, fridge / freezer compartment in the cottage. No toilet, but you can use the toilet in other cottage.

When booking, a deposit of 1300: - is payable for the large cottage and 700: - for the small cottage / house and week. The daily price is SEK 800 / large and SEK 400 / small.

In Svärtinge there are among other things a cozy 50s cafe, grocery store, gas station, hairdresser, gym and many beautiful hiking trails.

The center of Norrköping is only 15min. from us.
* Busfactory (indoor playground for childen) for children, all ages, 100kr / entry per child, adults free.
* Visualization Center offers awesome 3D experience to all ages.
* Cactus Park in Karl Johans park.
* Knäppingsborgs neighborhood has many charming shops and cafe / restaurants.
