Description
Come to Harstena when it is at its most beautiful. Flowers cover every hillside and birds are singing just outside your door. Sjöugglan is a basement apartment in the main house (Storstugan) on Harstena. The apartment has 30 m² of living space with two sleeping alcoves, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer and basic kitchenware. TV included.
The house is located south of the village, and there is a patio by the house with a nice view over the village. There is a shared barbecue area on the rock outside the house.
The beach, with cliffs and a small sandy area for children, is about 50 meters away. Join in on fishing, angling, take a boat ride, paddle a canoe along the beautiful shores, or take walks out to the island's scenic natural harbor.

Directions
Take the E22 to Valdemarsvik. Take road 212, pass through Valdemarsvik and continue towards Gryt. Follow the road through Gryt village until you reach Fyrudden.
During high season, the archipelago boat Ellen af Harstena departs from Fyrudden's harbor to Harstena at 10:00 every day.
Book in advance if you want a spot on the boat.
