This is a real summer paradise.
The cottage is located 100 m from Lake Vänern, which is very child friendly here. There are great opportunities for the fishermen, there is a wonderful archipelago outside the house. Fishing license is not required.
It is also very nice to paddle the canoe among the many beautiful islands nearby. (Can be rented in Ekenäs guest harbor, 1 km away). The archipelago is incredibly beautiful here.
There is a nice hiking trail along the water and if you like to pick berries you can only go outside the house. You also have good opportunities to see both deer and moose from the garden.
The house has 2 bedrooms with 5 comfortable beds (extra bed can be arranged if required), living room with sofa bed and TV.
In the large kitchen there is an electric stove and oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and toaster.
The bathroom has a WC, massage shower and washing machine.
Garden furniture and barbecue are also available.
Description of surroundings:
The cottage is located by Lake Vänern at the end of Värmlandsnäs, 40 km from Säffle. (Coordinates: 58 53 53 N 13 15 00 E)
Ekenäs guest harbor is 1 km away. There is a nice sommer café with lovely outdoor seating. Here you will also find good food and alcoholic beverages.
Here in the harbor there is also a canoe rental and kiosk. For the children there is a playground. Boat trips depart during the summer daily to the island Lurö. Other trips, for example to Läckö Castle, can be booked by appointment.
(We also have a motorboat and a 4-stroke engine that can be rented for 1800 kr per week.)
