Charming summer house at Orrvik located in a secluded and private summer house area with scenic surroundings close to all that Smögen and Kungshamn has to offer. The house lies close to the private beach of the area and cliffs, where you can go swimming and do crab fishing. The house has two bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and an open planning with a fully equipped kitchen in connection with the living room and open fireplace. Bathroom with shower and basin in the cottage and separate building with toilet and basin. TV in the living room. Deck both in the back and the front and a barbecue and outdoor furniture. The deck in the front lies under roof. Large lawn in the front for ball games, and a playhouse for the smaller kids on the side. The beautiful walking trail Sotenleden passes just by the entrance to the area.
A stones throw away lies the cozy and idyllic fish camp Hovenäset that has a beach with trampoline and a nice sandy beach, swimming and sailing school is arranged there every summer. To Nordens Ark its 12 km and to Havets Hus (Lysekil) its 42 km which are great excursions for the family. To Gerlesborg its 20 km and there those interested in art may find lots of interesting things to view. In the surroundings there are several flea markets and antique auctions during summer season.

Final cleaning is done by the tenant before departure.
Pets are allowed upon agreement when booking. If your dog is brought it must by held on a leash within the area and the yard. Note that dogs are not allowed to swim in the beach in the area.
