Description
THE LAKE COTTAGE lies on its own cape, with the lake Tisnaren just a few meters from the house on 3 sides. Glass veranda with view of the lake and with open fireplace. Bedroom with double bed. Kitchen with stove, micro, fridge and freezer and cold water. In the small cottage are 2 bunk beds (4 beds) and in that house you have a dry toilet. Shower and WC available in newly built service house a few hundred meters away. Barbecue and outdoor furniture available. Your own rowboat lies in the lake just outside the house. 1 fishing license included. private beach.
On Ruda Farm there are cows grazing.
Closest village is Vingåker in Södermanland 15 km. There you have Factory Outlet with clothes, pharmacy, grocery stores and more.
Day trip to Kolmården animal park and Stockholm. Rejmyre glass factory. Julita Farm.
Rowboat included in the rent.
In August and September the house may be rented part of the week or a weekend.
Crayfishing can be rented when it is season.
Bring your own bed linen and towels.
The tenant does the final cleaning before departure. You may purchase normal cleaning.

Directions
From Vingåker go towards Rejmyre, road 1175 into Östergötland. Pass the village Byle and the lake Tisnaren, continue along a long straight road passage with several slopes. There are 2 different roads to Ruda Farm, one is by the end of this straight road passage, where you take left onto gravel road towards Ruda 3 km. (from the railway bridge in Vingåker we have measured it to be 11 km to this road towards Ruda). The other road is a few km further towards Skedevi/Rejmyre and by sign saying Ruda 4 and Tölingsnäs take left onto gravel road and then keep to the left and after it drive about 4 km to Ruda Farm. There we will meet up with you and show you the last bit to The Lake Cottage
