Description
Lovely beach plot located in a beautiful bay with evening sun and a private swimming area! Cliffs just outside the door. The house is located in Stenskär, a small area of summer homes outside of the town of Öregrund. Just nearby is a beach volleyball, a boules court as well as green areas and fishing opportunities. There are festivities around Midsummer as well as smaller events such a pub nights organized throughout the summer. The house is livable all year long with good isolation for the winter. In the house you have a large kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a bun bed, there is also another double bed in a walled of area of the living room). Facilities include WC, shower, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and freezer. The large living room also contain a wood stove. More pictures are available upon request. Drive to Östhammar continue road 76 and turn towards Öregrund. 5 km before Öregrund there is a sign Stenskär, follow it until you reach Stenskär continue about 1 km and turn left onto Skatvägen, the house is approximately 300 m on Skatvägen and has number 6 on the right.
