Well-constructed for both Summer and Winter get-aways, this house sits in the middle of a nature reserve, is very private and is only a 10-minute walk to the beach. In the main house, there are three bedrooms with six beds (one double, two single beds, and one bunk bed). In a separate building right next to the house there is a bunk bed with two more beds- great for kids). The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and water kettle. Good size bathroom w/ shower and washing machine. A spacious living room w/ fireplace, TV, DVD player, stereo w/ CD player. Wireless Wifi.
Around back you will find a large deck with a grill and plenty of space to lounge around. In the garage, there is a freezer, bicycles, games and beach toys. Dont miss the incredible coastal view from a lookout point a short walk away from the front door with a spectacular view of the beautiful coast of Halland - perfect for romantic sunsets or picnics. Located 7 km south of Falkenberg (1 hour south of Gothenburg).
Bed linen & towels are not included. The tenant is responsible for careful cleaning when moving out. Towels and sheets can be rented for a fee. Cleaning can be provided for a fee. Non-smoking. Pets not allowed.
