Welcome to rent this manor house side building at Värmdö, situated in a peaceful environment close to nature and the archipelago, but at the same time only 25 minutes from Stockholm and with good public transport. The house, built in 1791, has been carefully renovated and retains its original character. There are 5 beds divided into 3 separate bedrooms, as well as living room and dining room. The kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is also WC and shower.
Outside the house is a deck with seating area and charcoal grill. Within 400 meters is the water, an archipelago bay with evening sun where you may have a swim. 1 km away is Wermdö Golf Club, with restaurant. Supermarket and shopping center is 3.5km away, and 15km in the other direction is Stavsnäs from where you may continue further out in the archipelago by boat. Less than 2 km away is the child-friendly beach Grills with playground and rental kayaks, and just beyond it is the bigger beach Grisslinge Havsbad.
