Welcome to the upper floor of our renovated and charming 1920s villa, perfect for 8–10 guests. The property features a large, lush, private garden alongside a small river that flows into the sea at Figeholms guest harbor, just 300 meters away. Comfortable beds, wireless internet/fiber, a barbecue, and garden furniture are available.
Close by, you’ll find the seaside beach at Hägnad Camping in Figeholm, a beautiful freshwater lake in Fårbo, and the cozy small town of Oskarshamn. Figeholm offers a Coop grocery store, the restaurant and pizzeria La Dolce Vita, paddle courts, hiking trails, and more.
The location is perfect for exploring Småland – situated halfway between Astrid Lindgrens World and the lovely summer town of Kalmar. The Kingdom of Crystal (Glasriket) and the island of Öland are also just about an hours drive away.
12% VAT and final cleaning are included in the rental price.
The rental is managed by our company iTeve AB. We occasionally stay ourselves on the ground floor.

Bedroom 1: two single beds, desk.
Bedroom 2: smaller double bed (140 cm), desk, access to a balcony with morning sun (shared with Bedroom 3).
Bedroom 3: family bunk bed (bottom bed 120 cm wide) + one single bed, sofa, TV, desk, access to the balcony with morning sun.
Second Hallway: sofa and bookshelf with access to the kitchen, bathroom 2, and Bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4: double bed (180 cm wide), two single beds, desk, balcony with evening sun.
Kitchen: dining area for 8–10 people, sofa bed, large fridge and freezer, microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher.
Bathrooms: two showers/toilets, top-loading washing machine in bathroom 2.
Notes:
Small dogs or other pets are allowed upon request.
(Therefore, the property is not recommended for guests with severe pet allergies.)
Plenty of pillows and duvets are available, but the use of sheets (bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases) is mandatory.
You are welcome to bring your own bed linen, or it can be rented on site for SEK 120 per bed and rental occasion.
(Children under 5 years old do not pay for linen or cleaning.)
Minimum age: 25 years (for groups of at least two people). ID verification may be required at check-in.
