The house is in a secluded location, and within walking distance of Grisslehamn city centre where you will find a grocery store, two fish stores, bakery, fruit and vegetables market, ATG kiosk, restaurants, pubs, miniature golf, the Albert Engström Museum and Hotel Havsbaden among other things. The sea is nearby with wonderful cliffs, beautiful walks and child friendly beaches. For those who wish to take a day trip you can take the Eckerö Line three times a day. Good transportation with SL buses. Even though the house is close to the centre it is secluded with a large garden and a cozy deck. The house, which is one of the oldest in Byholma, has three bedrooms, one of which is made into a play room / tv room. On the ground floor is the dining area, kitchen, living room with open fireplace and toilet. The kitchen is well equipped with electric stove, fridge and freezer and hot and cold running water. Next to the house is a summer kitchen equipped with stove, fridge and freezer. A roofed area with sink and shower with hot water is outside. The house is mainly for rent in periods of at least 2 weeks. Price 5000 kr/week. Electricity is not included in the rent.
