This house is located in Floda, approximately 70km from Umeå, Västerbotten in northern Sweden.
You have the forest right behind the house and you can hike to 2 lakes and more lakes are located within a 15km radius.
The house offers 65sqm of living space and sleeps 3 people. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, extractor fan, sink, fridge and freezer. in the fireplace room a stove generates coziness. Beside that the house is heated by electrical radiators. The sleepingroom is equipped with a full-size bed and a 3rd person can sleep in the kitchen on a pull-out sofa bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. The house has WLAN coverage for internet access.
A veranda with a coffee table and chairs is also available.
The nearest shopping option is in Botsmark (14km) and the closest cities are Umeå and Skellefteå (70-80km). The sea is approximately 55km away.
Prizes include linen and towels. Electricity and wood has to be payed separately according to consumption (1,6 kr/kWh and 60 kr per 20kg firewood). The minimum rental period is 4 nights. During wintertime (1st of november until 31 of march) a one-time amount for the initial warm-up of the house will be charged (250 kr) so that it is nice and warm when you arrive.
