The house is located in the area Roslags Nasby in Täby. It is a green and peaceful residential area only 9 kilometers from downtown Stockholm . Communications are excellent with close proximity to the E18 which will take you to Stockholm in a few minutes by car. Three minutes walk from the house is Roslagsbanan and Enebybergs station where you go train to Stockholm Östra on Valhallavagen in only 14 minutes. If driving, take on about 20 minutes to Vaxholm is a springboard to the archipelago if you want to take a boat trip out in this beautiful environment . In Täby is notoriously also one of the largest shopping center with lots of shops . Not far from the house is also Eneby Ängens trading with supermarket, pharmacy etc. . The house has 5 rooms, 2 bedrooms on the lower floor of which is suitable for children. The second bedroom has a large bunk bed and the room has its own TV. Otherwise, located on the ground floor a large living room with a dining area at one end and sofa, TV and fireplace at the other. On the floor there is also the kitchen. Upstairs there is a very nice bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub and two bedrooms, one for children and one with a double bed. The house is fully equipped as it is a permanent resident . On the plot , which is at 1,500 sqm , located on the back a cozy patio with table and chairs and barbecue. Perfect for dining if the weather is right.
