Three weeks in July/August 2019 near the water :-)

Hej,
my family and I are looking for a summerhouse for 3 weeks in
July/August 2019. We are 2 adults and 2 boys, 12 and 8 years old.
Weeks 28-32 are possible for us.
We are looking for a place very close to the sea or a lake (10-200m),
with a boat or canoe and the possibility to swim. Washing machine
would be fine... :-)
